A campaign needs more than a launch button
For e-commerce brands, local service businesses and founder-led companies, paid ads can support awareness, visibility, qualified traffic and conversions. The useful question is which of those jobs the campaign needs to do—and whether the experience after the click supports it.
We connect campaign decisions to your offer, customers and capacity. That means looking at the market before choosing a network, agreeing what success looks like, and making sure the message people click matches what they find next.
- Market and keyword research. Explore demand, search intent, competitors and relevant customer language to shape the campaign plan.
- Audience and channel selection. Identify who you want to reach, where they are likely to respond and which networks suit the offer.
- Budget planning. Recommend a starting allocation based on your goals, economics and testing needs, with spending limits you approve.
- Structured campaign setup. Organize campaigns, targeting, geography, exclusions and messaging around distinct audiences and objectives where the platform supports them.
- Brand-consistent messaging. Develop ad copy and creative assets that reflect your voice, offer and landing-page experience. We can create the assets needed for the campaigns we set up and manage, or work with your marketing or creative team to develop them. Creative deliverables and production fees are agreed in scope.
- Measurement and ongoing management. Review available conversion data, traffic quality, creative and campaign performance; refine the agreed setup and report what changed, what we learned and what needs attention.
Choose the ecosystem for the job
We can plan and manage the following platforms and campaign types. Availability, eligibility and scope determine what belongs in your plan.
Google Search, Performance Max (PMax), AI Max for Search, Local Services Ads and YouTube. Where appropriate, the plan can also use Google’s Display Network, Search partners and other eligible inventory, including Discover, Gmail and Maps.
AI Max enhances Search campaigns; it is not a separate ad network. Performance Max spans Google inventory. Local Services Ads eligibility varies by business category and location.
Meta
Facebook, Instagram and Threads, with eligible placements and audience settings chosen around the campaign objective. We consider how the message and creative should change across feeds, short-form video and other placements.
X
Campaigns suited to relevant interests, conversations and audiences on X, when the platform fits the brand and objective. X is scoped as its own ecosystem.
Campaigns shaped around relevant audiences and community context. We adapt the message to the environment rather than simply reusing an ad from another channel. Reddit is scoped as its own ecosystem.
Research first. Launch deliberately. Learn continuously.
- Understand the business. Review your goals, offer, customer profile, existing accounts and available performance history.
- Agree the plan. Define the audience, ecosystem, budget, measurement, deliverables and approval process. Confirm the setup fee and monthly scope before work begins.
- Prepare and launch. Structure the campaigns, prepare approved messaging and assets, and check the conversion path and measurement within the agreed scope.
- Review and refine. Use the evidence to adjust targeting, messaging, allocation or the campaign structure. Flag landing-page and follow-up issues that could undermine otherwise useful traffic.
Campaign decisions grounded in business outcomes
At RevenueTHESIS, we connect audience research, brand messaging and campaign management with the experience after the click. We bring creative and operating perspectives together to help your advertising support the wider business. Our approach draws on experience in commercial production, consulting and in-house marketing leadership.
| Period | Relative gross sales | Index |
|---|---|---|
| Reference year | 100 | |
| Year 1 | 66 | |
| Year 2 | 260 | |
| Year 3 | 264 |
These historical results come from our founder’s prior in-house work across acquisition, conversion and retention. They measure the wider business, rather than an isolated advertising campaign or a RevenueTHESIS client engagement. Rounded indices share the same reference year; the business and absolute figures remain private.

More clicks are not always the right first fix. If a page is hard to use, the offer is unclear or inquiries go unanswered, we will identify that dependency rather than treat increased spend as the answer.
Campaign management can work alongside E-Commerce SEO, Brand & Content Production and follow-up systems. If you need wider channel direction, consider Fractional Head of Growth or Fractional CMO support. These are separate scopes, not automatic inclusions.
For the first conversation, bring your website, goals, current platforms and approximate media budget if known. Existing performance reports and examples of the customers you want to reach are helpful. You do not need to share passwords; account access is arranged through appropriate platform permissions when needed.

Paid advertising questions
What does “per ecosystem” mean? +
An ecosystem is an advertising platform family: Google, Meta, X or Reddit. Google can include Search and YouTube; Meta can include Facebook, Instagram and Threads. The starting fee is not a promise to manage every campaign type or placement. Your proposal defines the scope and fee for each ecosystem.
Is advertising spend included in the management fee? +
No. Platform ad spend is separate and paid directly by you. Management starts at $500/month per ecosystem, plus a setup fee based on the work required.
How do you recommend an advertising budget? +
We consider your goals, market, competition, audience, offer economics and available evidence. We recommend a budget with a clear testing purpose and review what it can reasonably support before launch. No budget guarantees a particular number of leads or sales.
Do we need every advertising network? +
No. We recommend the networks that fit your audience, offer, assets and budget. A focused starting point is often more useful than spreading a limited budget across many channels.
What needs to be ready before launch? +
We agree campaign goals, budget and approvals, then review account access, measurement, landing pages, creative assets and follow-up. Local Services Ads and individual placements depend on platform eligibility. New production, landing-page development or extensive tracking repairs are scoped explicitly.
Can you improve existing campaigns? +
Yes. We can review the account structure, available performance history, targeting, search terms where available, creative, measurement and conversion path before agreeing what to retain, change or rebuild.
Can you create the ad creative or work with our team? +
Yes. We can develop the copy and creative assets needed to support the campaigns we set up and manage, or collaborate with your marketing or creative team. We agree the formats, deliverables, responsibilities and any production fees before work begins.
