Who We Work With
RevenueTHESIS works with a deliberately narrow set of business types, on purpose. Staying close to a few industries means staying close to what's actually shifting in each one, instead of applying generic advice across every account.
Industries We Serve
E-Commerce
Growth-stage online retailers where acquisition, conversion, and retention all have to work together, not just one channel in isolation.
E-Commerce Growth →DTC & Consumer Brands
Direct-to-consumer brands built on a real product, competing on brand and customer experience, not just price.
DTC Consumer Brands →Specialty Retail
Craft-driven, family-owned, and passion-built businesses with a real story behind the product.
Specialty Retail →High-Consideration Products
Higher price-point purchases where the buying decision takes longer and trust matters more than impulse.
High-Consideration Products →Industries FAQ
Do you only work with the industries listed here?
No. These are the categories where the pattern recognition is deepest, so the diagnostic moves faster. The method — find the constraint before spending on tactics — is not industry-specific. If your business is adjacent to these, the work still applies.
What do these industries actually have in common?
A physical or considered product, a real customer base already buying, and a growth ceiling nobody has been able to explain. They also share the same failure mode: assuming flat growth is an advertising problem when it is usually mix, margin or retention.
Do you work with B2B or service businesses?
Sometimes, but it is not the strongest fit. The diagnostic leans on transaction-level data — order values, repeat rates, channel mix — which service businesses with long sales cycles and few transactions do not generate in the same way.
My business spans two of these categories. Does that matter?
Not really, and it is common. A specialty retailer with a growing DTC channel sits in two categories at once. What matters is the shape of the business, not which page you landed on.
What size business is this built for?
Roughly $500K in annual revenue and up for a diagnostic, and $1M–$10M for an ongoing partnership. Below that the binding constraint is usually still demand validation, which is a different problem and not one worth paying this level of help to solve.
