Questions About Working With RevenueTHESIS

Everything prospective partners usually ask before booking a call. If your question isn't here, it's a good reason to just reach out directly.

Fractional Growth Partner FAQs

What is RevenueTHESIS? +

Think of us less like a marketing agency and more like an operator who's been in your seat before — someone who steps directly into the business, gets hands-on with the actual numbers, and helps you see what's really slowing growth down. We work around a framework called SIGNAL, and we don't start recommending tactics until that diagnostic work is done.

How are you different from a marketing agency? +

Most agencies show up with a menu: a set number of ads, posts, or emails every month, running whether or not that's actually your bottleneck. We work the other way around. We get close enough to the business to understand what's genuinely broken, then build the specific fix for that problem. The goal isn't a campaign that quietly stops the moment the retainer ends, it's something durable that keeps working after we've moved on. See the full comparison on the Why Us page.

What is the SIGNAL method? +

SIGNAL is our six-step diagnostic and execution framework: Study the System, Isolate the Variable, Generate Proof, Network the Loop, Architect for Resilience, Log the Result. Full breakdown on the SIGNAL Method page.

What kind of businesses does RevenueTHESIS work with? +

Mostly e-commerce and specialty retail brands sitting in that in-between growth phase, past the point where the founder can do everything themselves, but not yet big enough to justify a full in-house team. If tactics that used to work suddenly stopped working, or growth has flattened out and you're not quite sure why, that's usually exactly the kind of situation we're built for.

What does "fractional growth partner" mean? +

It just means you get someone operating at a senior, strategic level, thinking about the whole picture, not only execution, without the cost of a full-time executive hire. Similar in spirit to a fractional CMO: as involved as the business genuinely needs, scaled up or down as things change. See the Fractional Head of Growth page for specifics.

What does "diagnose before prescribing" look like day one? +

Honestly, it looks like a lot of listening and digging before any recommendations come out. We're not just hunting for the obvious leaks, we're looking for blind spots, missed opportunities, and places where a change would genuinely help both the business and the customer. This is exactly what the SIGNAL Diagnostic is built to do.

Are you taking on new partnerships? +

Right now, just two openings. We've learned the hard way that taking on more than we can properly handle just means worse communication and worse results for everyone involved, so we'd rather stay a little selective about it. If this feels like a fit on your end, start the application and we'll take it from there together.

How much does a RevenueTHESIS engagement cost? +

It depends entirely on the service. The SIGNAL Diagnostic runs $2,500–$4,500 as a starting point for most partnerships. Fractional Head of Growth engagements start at $3,500/month. Growth Systems Architecture, Market Entry & Launch Strategy, and Brand & Content Production are scoped individually based on the work involved, discussed on a Growth Discovery Call. Details on all five services are on the Services page.

Do you work with businesses outside Phoenix, Arizona? +

Yes. RevenueTHESIS is based in Phoenix, AZ, but engagements run remotely nationwide, with travel available for production work (Sony FX3/A1 II, FAA Part 107 aerial certification) when a project calls for it.

What industries do you specialize in? +

Growth-stage e-commerce and specialty retail, with deep, proven experience in the PEV/eMoto vertical specifically. We intentionally keep our client list small and our industries selective so we can stay close to what's actually shifting in each category, rather than applying generic advice across every account.
